How to Balance #04 – Backwards Walking
Backwards balance walking.
Using the same technique as going forwards, we now go in reverse.
Let's make sure everything is contracted and tight.
Probe the bar behind you with your foot, especially since you won't be able to see the bar.
Only commit your weight to the bar once you feel in control.
You should be able to go back into the one foot stable position at any point to regain control, so don't shift your weight unless you're ? sure you can remain balanced.
