How to Cat Pass #02 – One Foot Up
Cat-Pass Progression 1.
So we're working on making further progress with the Cat-Pass/Kong. Let's try to maintain getting the hips high, but now you want to try and get one foot onto the box too.
Make sure you do not try to keep the hands on the box when the foot is on.
Spend some time working both sides too. You'll need it for the next progression.
Good luck!
