How to Cat Pass #07 – Split Foot Step
Split foot ? take-off progression 2.
Now we are starting to look at the steps into a running Cat-Pass. Let's focus on one step at a time and try to understand how our feet step into the correct position before takeoff.

Make sure you try both sides. This is always super important. The environment always dictates how you can move, so if you're unable to do one side, this makes you less functional as a practitioner and human being!

Try to see how much momentum you can generate and USE for this variation. There's a difference between stepping in and stepping in while transfering the momentum into the vault.
Try spending a good half hour on each side and get used to that split foot position .
