How to Cat Pass #15 – Arm Swinging
Cat-Pass Arm Position.
Small detail, but important nonetheless. Let's try to get those arms helping us dive into the Cat-Pass as much as possible.
-
Try not to 'zombie walk' with your arms infront of you too early. Timing is everything. Use the peak point of the momentum to help take you over the box.
-
The further back they go, the faster and further they have to travel to get to the box in time... Generating more momentum and force.
Enjoy!
