How to Climbup #05 – Overgrip To Front
Overgrip to Front Grip.
This is a simple extension of yesterday's progression and it's used for one simple purpose... To get us used to taking our bodyweight on the hands at the front edge of the wall.

Go slowly and make sure you have a firm grip on the wall as you transition.

The fingers should fully be over the top of the wall and your grip strength will come into play heavily.

Make sure that foot is in the high position (see the foot placement video ) and you are not struggling to keep it up!
Rinse and repeat!
