How to Turn Vault #18 – Arms Bent
Arms Bent.
We're making our way over the bar now and doing the vault correctly, but now we need to prepare for the landing.
The arms are going to act as dampeners to the oncoming drop as the body tries to pull away from the wall.
Keep them bent as much as possible and use the bicep to slow you down until you stop.
If you land straight arm, then the only next place to go is off the bar.
