How to Cat Leap #09 – Scaled Speed
Cat-Leap with scaled speed.
Let's start putting a little speed into the catleap now. Similar to the cat-pass stages, we take this one step at a time.
-
Start with both feet off the box. Step one foot onto the box and the other goes straight to the wall. There is never two feet on the take-off box.
-
Train stepping forward with both sides, as usual!
-
Try not to pause or slow your speed. We are looking for consistent speed.
-
As you feel comfortable, try to start taking steps back and using more of a run up to make the catleap larger.
Take your time and enjoy!
