Synopsis

From the humble step-vault to the diving double-cat-pass, vaulting has many options that suit the environment and practitioner. With a wide range of choices, you are able to move in all directions while using the environment to your advantage. You can move across, over, in parallel, with minimal or maximal power, diagonally, perpendicularly, with no run-up, with momentum, backwards, in reverse, while turning, in a low or small space, in a high area, only using hands, or flowing into another movement, or landing in a precision... the list is endless and the choices are equally abundant.
