How to Cat Leap #08 – Arm Reset Position
Cat-Leap Arm Reset Position.
Now it's time to practice reclaiming that arm extension and pull back up again. At the end of the day you want to be able to get back over the wall, so getting used to Cat-Leaping and the climbing up is a very useful skill.
-
Always jump using both sides.
-
Start with a smaller jump, with less impact, and build up.
-
Always try to pull up to the highest point you can, with the maximum range of motion as you can.
-
Make the pull as explosive as possible and utilise the legs and feet as much as possible. For a real climbup (another series), the legs are heavily used!
