How to Cat Leap #03 – Arm Position

Cat-Leap Arm Position.

Let's get those arms super contracted and working while on the wall.

  1. Landing in the bent arm position means that as you slide down the wall from bigger catleaps, you have time to slow the decent to straight arm. If you land with arms straight, the only place left to go is off the wall.

  2. Being fully contracted at the bicep with an EXTERNAL rotational torque at the shoulders while pulling in, means the strongest position you can be in to keep you in the wall.

  3. No impact yet, just get used to the position.

  4. Try with both sides with the feet.

Enjoy! (Sorry for the quick cut-in at the beginning of the video!)
