Cat-Leap +momentum.
Let's start getting used to have a little power behind us to increase the distance slightly.

As I said in the video, make sure you only use the front leg on the box. The other leg drives past, straight to the wall.

Slightly higher trajectory so that you are coming down onto the wall. Feet are still hitting first and taking impact.

The beauty of this drill is you don't have to worry about foot placement on the box yet, you are just gaining momentum from the swing of the leg.
