How to Cat Leap #04 – Small Jump
Cat-Leap small jump.
Ok, you're probably raring to go with a little more momentum, so here it is. Let's practice a small jump with both feet in the air for a fraction of a second.
-
Jump from both sides, as always!
-
Make sure the back foot is off the box/floor/take-off-point before the front foot touches the wall.
-
The feet are ALWAYS landing before your hands go to the top of the wall.
-
As you feel more comfortable, you can move the obstacle further away if needed.
Train hard!
