Small difference today... We're just focusing on pushing further and slowly working towards the back edge of the wall.
Make sure there is no favouring of sides and no twisting of the body is happening. If it is, then you need to go back a step and work on that until you can do it without twisting.
I'll be focusing a lot of these videos of strength and conditioning too, so don't worry, we'll look at how you can generate more power and develop it through strength and speed.
