
How to Cat Pass #11 – Split Foot Step Dive
Split Foot ? Diving ? Cat Pass 2.
Nearly there!! So, we've been working up to doing a running cat pass, bit by bit, and now we should be feeling g more confident with that after going through all the progressions. Today we'll start adding the run in again to the diving Cat-Pass, one foot at a time.

Only go as far back as you feel comfortable and are able to handle the momentum.

We haven't spoken about landings yet, but try to land on the balls of your feet and as quiet as possible!
