Running Split-Foot Cat-Pass
Here we are! The end result of the steps. Now we are running into the Split-Foot position for the Cat-Pass!
As always, gradual build-up and slow progression wins the race.

Don't go crazy with the run up straight away. Start with a small run up and build up to full-speed running.

We will cover this is another video, but make sure you do everything exactly how we've been building up. If you start changing parts to compensate for lack of mobility or strength then go back and build up again.
