How to Cat Leap #10 – Splat Cats
Splat Cats!
No, this not some psychopathic animal cruelty. This is all about learning to land correctly and "bailing" correctly from not reaching the top edge of the cat leap with your hands.
-
Ensure you have your feet land a fraction of a second first. Then the hands.
-
Look at where you will be landing, so look down! This will allow you to spot your landing.
-
Use your hands to stop your head from hitting the wall.
-
Increase the hight slowly to get used to the drop and landing.
Go carefully, but this is essential training! Learning how to recover from missing something is critical training.
