How to Cat Pass #01 – Introduction
Cat-pass / kong hip drill.
When doing the ?-pass you need to be able to support your weight on your arms while vaulting, be able to get your hips up high enough so that you create enough space underneath you for your legs to pass through and also get comfortable with leaning your head over your arms and be slightly leaning forwards.
This drill is usually the first one I start beginners off with so that they can start getting used to having their hips higher than the wall. I'll explain the next progressions in another video, but this is always a good starting drill.
