How to Cat Pass #03 – Two Feet Up
Cat-Pass Progression 3.
So the Kong/Cat-Pass is starting to take shape now and we're driving BOTH feet up onto the box at the same time now. ⛔ BEWARE! Do NOT twist and lean over one side and get the feet onto the box while using one arm still on the box. This will not help you and actually make it harder to get the Cat-Pass.
You need to absolutely make sure your knees are coming through the middle, between your arms. Hips are always facing forwards, do not twist them.
Ensuring you are still getting hips high, generating space, and taking the hands off the wall as the feet land.
