How to Cat Pass #15 – Arm Swinging
Cat-Pass Arm Position.
Small detail, but important nonetheless. Let's try to get those arms helping us dive into the Cat-Pass as much as possible.

Try not to 'zombie walk' with your arms infront of you too early. Timing is everything. Use the peak point of the momentum to help take you over the box.

The further back they go, the faster and further they have to travel to get to the box in time... Generating more momentum and force.
