How to Balance #12 – Pelvic Tilt

Super important topic today. Pelvis position.
Every movement to do has something to do with the hips and where they sit will make a big impact.

  • Day to Day sitting will cause a bad exposition on the pelvis. Correcting it and stacking your spine correctly will make you more stable.
  • Squeeze your butt, engage the abs about 20% to keep the pelvis in the correct position.
  • Film yourself for feedback and look at your spine position.
