
How to Balance #10 – Without Using Arms
Balancing without using Arms.
Trying to balance without the use of your arms will be particularly tricky and will take a while to get used to.
Keep persevering! - Go slowly! Spend 10seconds on the bar without arms and come off.
Then 15secs.
Work up until you feel comfortable for longer periods of time - The other leg will be doing most of the balancing for you, so make sure it is straight, as well as your hips.
Always do both legs!
