How to Cat Pass #06 – Split Foot Up
Split foot Cat-Pass Progression 1.
Back on the cat passes today. Now we are working on starting the split foot take-off. Same as the original standing Cat-Pass, but with feet split apart.

Make sure you reset your feet back to the same position every time. This will get your body used to the correct mechanics.

Don't shuffle your feet around or move them at all before take off.

Make sure you do both sides!
