How to Land #16 – Wide
Wide
Fun drill on being adaptable to the environment. Try to land with something between your legs that you can't touch. It can be anything at all, but make it so you have to be much wider with the foot position.
What's the point? Makes you more versatile, adaptable and all-round more capable in any situation. I've had to land like this in many situations outdoors, so it's a good drill to practice.
