
How to Land #03 – Ball Of Foot

I know, it's the same video as the intro video... but not really. here's some extra bits to know.
WHY use the balls of the foot? Muscular contraction and engagement. Also help keep your balance by stabilising your center of gravity from extra motion to throw you off.
Do NOT use the heel of the foot (or arch of the foot) to land on, as this will cause damage to the foot, ankle and all joints up the body... through to the hips and spine.
