How to Land #09 – Feet Inline
Feet Inline
Try to land with your feet symmetrical, inline and together. The idea here is that we're trying to be:
- Accurate and precise with the landings.
- Use Inwards Tension on the feet, not outwards. Try to get the big toes pressed together.
- Ambidextrous. The same amount of force is equally distributed between both feet and legs.
Try not to land with one foot ahead of the other or twisted outwards. Both feet should face directly forwards.
