How to Land #14 – Chair Position
Chair
Chair position. It's horrible. We all hate it, but it's a fantastic isometric (non-moving) exercise for parkour athletes and practitioners. It helps to reinforce the correct landing technique as well as position.
Make sure all the parts are as exact as possible. Parallel, 90degrees, back straight, etc... You'll feel those quads light up like a Christmas tree.
