How to Land #12 – Center Of Gravity
Center of Gravity
By landing on the ball of the foot you are changing the usual contact point of the foot onto the floor. This causes the center of gravity to be pushed forward over that contact point, which then requires the right tension and throughout the body.
To stabilise the center of gravity, you need to push you head and . arms a little further forward and the hips backwards.
