How to Land #15 – One Foot
One foot
Landing on one foot means having to take your entire bodyweight on a single leg. This is double the normal amount, so go careful. It's a good method of increasing your strength and resistance in the landing position.
Make sure you practice both sides equally and with high quality. If you start to find that you cannot hold the landing, the jump is too much. Reduce it and try again.
