Climbups↗ - Slope Progression ?
- Using the slope again.
Super useful tool for helping out the climbup.
-
Being able to make the slope a very granular variable within the climbup training is a great way to make this exercise scalable.
-
Go slow and try to record down the angle of the slope (or distance the bottom edge is away from the wall) with chalk or a tape measure.
-
Make sure both legs are practiced!
-
Ensure the slope is secure and won't slip out. Make sure it's strong enough to take your weight too. 20mm Plywood will do the trick.
