Climbups - Arms Straight.
This is more of an example to show that the legs do a lot of the work, rather than the arms here.
I should point out that the biceps are engaged to stay on the wall and the lats are doing some pulling as well.
However, the leg step and drive generated the majority of the force behind the move.
Give it a go and see how you get on. This will also help with future movements suck as double taps and dynos.
