How to Climbup #08 – Climbups With A Slope
Scaling Climbups with a slope.
Today is slightly different because it'll be a little harder to either find a location with the correct scenario or get hold of a board that you can use.
-
Make sure the board is secure and won't slip! Plus make sure it will take your weight!
-
The idea is that the slope will reduce the amount of tension from the hip flexors and abs needed to create traction on the foot. It means you'll be able to step up easier.
-
Keep moving the slope closer to make it steeper and harder.
