How to Turn Vault #02 – Constant Contact
Constant Contact.
Small point to make today... Which is the fact that the pivotal arm (the one you spin around) should ALWAYS be in contact with the bar at all times.
This is your safety grip and no matter what happens, you'll always have this hand grabbing the bar.
Practice just moving over the bar however you like, just do not move that hand!
