Step and Turn.
We're going to try and get used to turning back towards the bar today. Let's not ignore the basics and keep doing all the little pieces, like this. You'd be surprised how much this stuff pays off!

Make sure you pivot on the foot stepping through. You can repeat this drill, trying to keep the consistency and speed higher to make the drill harder.

Take your time and make sure you're mailing the hand position and keeping constant contact too!
