How to Turn Vault #10 – Focus Point
Focus Point
I use this technique in nearly everything I do. I pick a very small spot and keep looking at it for the entire movement.

This is to keep control of your head and move it into the correct position. It also allows your body to move higher and get your hips up.

The focal point also gives you something to, well, focus on... Which actually is something a lot of people don't do.

As always, ensure you practice both sides.
