How to Turn Vault #13 – Correct Landing
Correct Landing
Today is a slight progression of just moving our hips so we land 180 degrees, back the way we came.
This will simulate landing on the other side of a rail or bar. This will probably be the most difficult stage, since the height of the rail will determine the amount of power required to vault it.
Keep trying and just progressively move to a higher bar if you can.
