How to Turn Vault #19 – Normal Bar
Normal Bar
Let's start working on those normal height bars.
Everything is the same, just a little higher now. This is going to require more push from the legs and a greater pull from the arms to get you over.
Try to get hips as high as you can and don't swing out!
Both sides as usual!
