How to Turn Vault #20 – Momentum
Momentum.
Now we need to get used to having a little momentum included into the turn vault. We can start with an extra step into movement and build up.
Remember, as always to practice both sides and try to use the maximum amount of momentum you can by transitioning straight into the turn vault without any pauses.
