How to Turn Vault #22 – At Height
At height!
Ok, so height is one of those challenges we need to gradually overcome bit by bit. You need to start off low and build up with a slow progression. If you can't do it at a certain height, you need to go a bit lower and get the body used to that before progressing.
The more you do it, the easier it gets as the neuromuscular pathways become reinforced everyone you do it. Also the cortisol in your body become familiar and you become used to the quantity in your body... Which then means you feel more comfortable. However, it's a slow process, so don't rush it!
With anything in Parkour, it's a challenge, one you have to decide whether you wish to accomplish or not.
Good luck!
